Teens pay a one time $35 registration fee and then $150 for the local competition.

Contestants are asked to sell raffle tickets

opening number: short black age appropriate black dress
fitness: black capri and colorful tank with tennis shoe
talent: wardrobe to complement your performance
evening wear: age appropriate, no high slits or cut outs
interview: business like attire (no suits)
