About Us...

 Miss Northern Lakes was established in 2012.  It is an open pageant and we encourage all girls to compete. Miss Bemidji is a closed pageant. Contestants must attend or have graduated from a Bemidji school or be a Bemidji resident. Whatever your goal is, we will try to help you reach it, whether it is performance opportunities, speaking engagements to promote your platform,  or to win Miss Minnesota! Appearances in the community will be required but we can be flexible with your school schedules. We want to make your year enjoyable, and memorable! This is YOUR title!

Director Angie Pagnac is an RN and also a health educator at Bemidji High School.  She is married to Darren and they have 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. She was the advisor of the BHS Interact Club for 2 years and is a member of the Bemidji Eagles Auxiliary.  She enjoys  spending time with her grandchildren, riding her horse, traveling, and helping young ladies to reach their full potential.

Val Rendle, is a dental assistant and lives in Grand Rapids with her husband, Pat. They have 2 grown children and one granddaughter. She enjoys camping, shopping, hockey and spending time with her family.

Renae Paul is a nurse and an IT specialist. She is volunteering her time and talents as our sponsor photographer.
